Giuseppe Damato

He is a chartered accountant registered with the ODCEC of Milan and an auditor registered with the MEF.

He subsequently qualified as a Consumer and Business Over-Indebtedness Manager.

Master's degree in Economics and Business Legislation at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan.

He collaborates with BP&A in advice and continuous assistance in corporate, accounting, civil and tax matters of industrial and commercial companies and third-sector entities.

In the course of his professional career, he has devoted particular attention to the direct taxation of individuals, corporations and partnerships, as well as the various types of associations. He is also an expert in VAT and indirect taxation in general.

Regarding accounting and financial statements, he has an in-depth knowledge of the principles issued by the Italian Body of Accounting (OIC) applicable to preparing financial statements in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Civil Code.
